We are looking for a qualified well presented First mate female or male. The candidate is required to have the marine grade 5 in Japan or better license .The candidate with enough sea-time to complete their marine grade 5 may also considered for this position.  Japanese speaking / Basic English essential. Professional, hands on and able to represent the company's commercial interests well. Captain will also train candidate to operate vessels competently.
The vessel has great owners who like to travel most of the year to the islands off Sagami bay. ITO. Atami, Shimoda. and love all watersports.
